Good learning experience but project allocation can vary

Pros

Working as a dot net developer here has been a good learning experience. You get to work on real projects, not just maintenance work which is usually the case at other companies for dot net roles. Got exposure to both legacy and modern stuff, from older .NET Framework projects to .NET Core and some cloud work on Azure. Seniors are helpful and code reviews actually teach you.

Cons

Sometimes the project allocation is not great for dot net folks, you can end up on a boring maintenance project for a while.

Being a TA specialist here has been a solid experience. You get to own the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to offer rollout, not just one small part of it. Hiring managers are easy to work with and give clear feedback on candidates which saves a lot of back and forth. Also good amount of freedom in how you run your process, nobody is breathing down your neck.

Cons

A bit more investment in employer branding would make sourcing easier too.

Pros

Working in account management here has been a good experience. You get direct exposure to clients from day one which honestly is the best way to learn this role. Founders trust you to handle accounts on your own, they do not micromanage eve.ry call or email. Got to work with clients across fintech, edtech, SaaS and a few other domains so my understanding of different businesses has improved a lot

Cons

I think there could be more team building activities.
