Interview Process: My interview process was an incredibly pleasant experience. The talent team was responsive, supportive, and communicative throughout. The technical test was thoughtfully designed—fair and open-ended, focusing more on assessing thought processes and critical thinking rather than seeking a definitive answer, which I really appreciated. Every interaction I had during the process was positive. The individuals I interviewed with were humble, kind, passionate, and considerate. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to be part of this company, which was a key factor for me in making my decision. First Week: Although it’s been less than a week, I’m excited to share my initial impressions. The workplace culture fosters trust and mutual respect, where people treat each other like responsible adults. There’s a strong sense of trust both within and between teams. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful, approachable, and kind, making the transition seamless and enjoyable. My manager is incredibly professional and organized, I appreciate his guidance already.
