      Pros

      Recently Joined following the acquisition of my previous company. Really impressed with the onboarding and HR induction, very slick. Company has lots of processes all documented so easy to refer back to. They have big plans for the future which I am really exited to be part of. Management are very involved and we all have regular catchups which helps us understand the future plans.

      None that I can see, all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

      Pros

      I was a bit dubious about moving to a new re-seller, but the move was well worth it. The whole culture is really rewarding, there is the normal sales pressures as you would get in any sale based job. But here you are truly looked after, so many benefits they just don't advertise till you join. The management just seem to get it, they all have worked in the industry for a long time and have worked their way up . the MD is one of the first in every day which is nice to see which previous companies i have never even see the MD in the office.

      Cons

      Maybe a little too much 80's music in the office, but at least we are allowed background music.
