We know that this can be the toughest time for any type of sales rep and it takes a lot of grit and determination to power through. There are ups and downs throughout the sales cycle and that not every encounter ends in a sale. We also understand the power of the dollar and that everyone needs to make a living. We might not always be the highest paying employer and we do offer a fair pay structure along with other perks such as bonus opportunities, community involvement, commissions, education, training, work/life flexibility and benefits. As you know, openness to feedback is one of our core belief's. Done professionally and properly, it can lead to some amazing things. I would encourage you to talk with your manager and share your thoughts on how else they might deliver information, both good and bad.
