      Too many people don't take pride in their work and a lot of costly mistakes are made as a result.

      Lots of overtime and lots of different kind of welding

      Cons

      Do lay offs often. No raises. Lunch room is in small room where all work clothes are kept and you find mice poop on the tables often. Employers don't care about employees
