I came from a job where I was working close to 60 hours a week with no help so my list of cons for this particular job might be a little on the short end of things. My three biggest cons are: 1. The Owner - Honestly he is a good guy and means well, but he is a lot to handle. If you cant handle the fast rebuttals or hold your own in a conversation with him then you WILL get eaten alive. And if he doesn't like you, you are out. To give you a general visualization, if you look on google images and search up Boss vs Leader, he is fits the Boss description to the T. 2. Day to Day - Once I had finished my task that I was assigned and the follows up, I would ask for more work but typically there was nothing else for me to do. So I would sit there and try to see if I can improve my past work which there really wasn't much to improve. 3. No opportunities for growth - My previous employer before CG had multiple opportunities for growth and professional development and even gave you a guideline on how to get there within 6 to 8 months. But with CG, I felt like once you are there you are stuck there in your current position until you prove you are useful (if you are even given the chance to prove that). I know I was working my tail off cause I enjoyed the work I was doing and the company was great, but I saw no route to get pass my current position which deterred me from truly exceeding.
