Pros

Communicus is a great place to work. The work is interesting and the people are smart and passionate. Everyone is given great opportunities to contribute to the overall success of the company. There is a clear purpose and values and management is transparent with business goals and performance and shows that they care for employees.

Cons

The company is growing quickly and it's sometimes difficult to keep up with the workload. Very high standards for excellence.

Teamwork, support, flexibility, career growth, amazing leadership!

Cons

Transparency is not always given, communication could improve a little. I really have to sit and think on Cons to come up with any as there really aren’t that many. Heavy workload, can be stressful at times but that’s anywhere really.

I love that Communicus is constantly evolving with the market research environment. I recently had a 5 year anniversary working here, and in those 5 years I have had 3 positions! Communicus lets you grow and try new things and welcomes your input and insights.

Cons

The standards are high and you are expected to bring your A game every single day, which is not for everyone.
