DRAMA, no communication, no real training, welcome to banking in 1997. A lot of politics.

Pros
Hours, not busy. Great management with exception of a couple bad eggs (everywhere has one). Small local company, community involved. Both branch managers are great, President is great, CEO is great. Great people with the exception of a few bad eggs.
Cons
Outdated technology. Faulty systems, Terrible Communication, DRAMA, some folks in upper management have no patience, have unprofessional attitudes at times, a lot of going behind backs and going over heads. A lot of “I’m entitled” attitudes. They say they care but I’m only so sure that SOME folks care, others just like being able to use their position to sooth their little power trips.
