      I loved working there, great work/home balance and good benefits. My co-workers were wonderful, it felt like family

      The company closed in 2013 and I miss it.

      Pros

      Able to grow and develop; allowed autonomy. Program Mangers were excellent resources.

      Cons

      Multiple Supervisors who appeared to have the job from a inner office friendship. I felt these individuals did not know how to support a staff. Occassional responses to this would be to give a blank look. Had little knowledge of the skill it takes to lead people and support your workers.
