      Most everyone that works there is very nice and professional. There is opportunity of growth in the company and it is a rewarding environment to work in.

      Depending on where you work in the company and what campus there is a higher turn over rate

      Pros

      An amazing non-profit career college! Warm positive environment with friendly people who are there to make a difference! Family-oriented with a great work-life balance. Strong core values that are consistent with my own. Strong leadership at the CCC campus, employee-friendly Human Resources department, good employee benefits. I love it here!
