Ideally we would have the personnel in place to allow us to be a leader in system and process improvement. Pros

I didn't know what to expect while starting a new chapter in my life. I was nervous, worried, and unsure if I was good enough. My management team and coworkers have made this a flawless transition. I truly believe I have found a career and new home for the foreseeable future. I can't think of anywhere I'd rather be right now.

Cons

Days can be long but worth it.

Love the people I work with and the company provides a flexible work schedule that allows me to better balance work and family
