Pros

CMS is a great place to be if you are driven, collaborative and quick to apply feedback. They offer full benefits, unlimited PTO for salaried employees, and also have a sweet kitchen fully stocked with all the treats you could ever want. Many employee's kids love to visit and even beg to come to the office as there is a killer game room. Another plus is the leadership is very approachable.

Cons

There are a couple of diffrent brands that CMS offers, like Nexio. Sometimes it is hard to define whose roles apply to which brand clearly. With leaders being approachable sometimes it can be hard to find a time when they are available.

Team-oriented environment where everyone genuinely cares about everyone else, including the CEO, who not only knows you and your family members by name, but even asks how your kid's baseball game was, or if your wife's surgery went well; really, ALL of upper management is like this. It's great to finally work for a company that values their employees, and understands that having a successful business starts with the well-treatment of your workers. Unlimited PTO for salaried employees, amazing health benefits, team-building adventures (snowboarding, horseback riding, etc.), weekly breakfast, endless snacks and drinks in the breakroom... It's just a great place to work.

Cons

Any issues that I have, I'm able to bring to management and work them out, so I don't really have anything for cons.
