      You will be challenged and supported. They are continually growing and you can take on opportunities that aren't available at other companies. Solid leadership can help you develop.

      Cons

      Like many smaller companies there are a few key people who shoulder a huge amount of responsibilities. They're great at what they do, but it can make things hard to accomplish and it creates a fairly strict way of doing things.
