      I've found the company culture to be collaborative, inclusive, and supportive, fostering a great work environment for employees at all levels.

      Cons

      One area for improvement is the salary structure, which I've found to be below-average compared to industry standards for similar roles and responsibilities.

      Every employee is great at what they do

      Pros

      Very interesting work. Lots of space to try new things. Clear responsibilities. Promising business model and traction. Nice people and a culture that fosters kindness and respect. Extremely competent top management. Minimal politics. As you work with each person you see that they are great at their jobs. That makes for a lot of fun getting stuff done together. The technology is very interesting and unique.

      Cons

      Lots of hours. Some lack of communication. You have to like a fast pace.
