      Pros

      Creative Virtual works with interesting technologies and is always looking at ways to introduce innovations. This means working on different projects and being able to explore new technologies. Company atmosphere is great - everyone is driven and keen, but also relaxed with each other. A really diverse range of people and personalities.

      Cons

      It's a faily small company so there is less structure than in a larger organisation. Some people may not like that
