      Entirely Online, worldwide base for volunteers and extremely talented workforce

      The timing is decided with US in mind, is hard for people from Europe to collaborate, but not impossible.

      A lot of room for creativity and taking initiatives; a lot of impact driven projects in the pipeline and you decide what you want to focus on.

      Cons

      Lack of guidance. A lot of people are new to the social impact space. So everyone is pretty much on their own to figure out how they want to do productive work.
