Pros
Best reputation in the industry up until core members of the management team were dismissed.
Cons
went down the same road most small businesses go down when the owners get to retirement age, and made enough money to live comfortably. they stopped caring about the core team that helped build the company that would not exist without their 20 plus years of commitment.
