Pros

I really loved almost everything about my time at CMP. The President was always transparent and had a clear vision, the MDs were really smart, and the people were just great. They invested a lot in the feedback they got from the team in anonymous surveys, and then followed up with new initiatives. It was also, by far, the most fun I've had working anywhere. I genuinely enjoyed our in-office days and getting to spend time with the team. I'd absolutely come back if the time and situation were right.

Cons

Having most of Ops be remote in Florida was a little challenging when it came to collaboration.

Pros

They teach you everything you need to know. Not many jobs out there where you can make a significant impact and paycheck fresh out of school or with limited experience.

Cons

It's a grind. Not a job for lower energy people. Have to be highly self-motivated.
