Flexible for employees. Good benefits. Minimal to no micromanaging. Employer willing to work with you to get training. Able to take issues up the chain as the lowest man to the CEO.
Cons
Too hard to get fired. Some employees have been there so long they are slow and inefficient with no repercussions.
All of the employees are good at their jobs and rarely annoy you or get in your way. As a new employee people were very friendly and helped me get up to speed. There is always more than enough to do, but it's not overwhelming.
Cons
Some of the business practices are a bit archaic, which is to be expected since the company is spun off of so many different businesses. There are a lot of little catches to memorize that used to make sense but don't really anymore.
