Great encouragement towards continuing learning, and great teams. My coworkers are like my extended family. Growing
Cons
Understaffed pretty consistently across most departments. Not enough documentation on *some* published projects. Highly challenging, but I think that's not uncommon for this field.

The overall support from co-workers, management and opportunity to be creative towards your's and the company's success.
Cons
Very cost conscious and not seeing the bigger picture sometimes. Not advancing into new technology as fast as the market demanded. Base salary was too low compared to other software companies.
