This job has really boosted my confidence. The company has grown rapidly while I have been there, Dan the owner has really mentored me and guided me to gain the skills and qualities to become a leader. I now have people working under me that I can mentor and I am really happy with my progression at the company. This company has great opportunity to progress in your career and has a good system for you to move up the ladder. The commission improves as you get promoted. The energy from the team keep you going. Every week you are in a different area so you get to explore. I like that you get the chance to travel a lot. They have team nights every week for team building, it really helps to get to know your colleagues.
