The growth opportunities are not present in all of the locations/plants of the company. The company lately focuses on opening new locations in countries where the labor force is very cheap like Moldova, and China, but fails to provide all the opportunities and sometimes even necessities that are available to its employees in other countries. For example, in the Cahul plant, even 5 years after the site rollout the company doesn't provide a working canteen with fresh food, all it can do is hire a local distributor that re-sells packed meals at a higher price than what's available in the city. This imbalance can have significant implications for the individuals working in these places. It may lead to limited access to professional development programs, training, and advancement opportunities that can enhance their skills and career prospects. Additionally, the lack of basic necessities and inadequate support systems can further hinder their overall well-being and hinder their ability to thrive in the workplace.
