Very good package of side benefits, full flexible working hours. Interesting R&D topics, clients are premium EV manufacturers. Stable team and pleasant atmosphere
Cons
Development process is not fully mature and implemented. Quality is overlooked and process violated on request of project management to meet customer deadlines. Very frequent changes in management roles with people leaving when things get tough.
