Overtime required. Management is uneducated and will get you fired for no reason. Turnover ratios are high and its pretty much modern slavery. make sure to be on time every day or you will give them a reason to fire you IF they want

Turnover rate is fairly high, some turnover due to attendance and not following key processes, and some turnover due to employees being overworked. Your going to average over 50 hours a week in production without volunteering for ot. Don't expect to be off Saturday nights on night shift. (Its a scheduled night off every week but it's always mandatory ot to come in)

Supervisors are rude and hateful and very unfair to the people that arent their "favorite". Never know when you will get your break. Lazy employees get all the perks. Hard working employees are worked to death. 7 days a week 12 hrs a day.

it’s not even worth the pay, it’s hot in the building and the supervisors and leads are lazy and weird
