DataFirst has the best dicom toolkit that exists. I love how new features are continually added to improve the toolset.
Cons
I have no cons to speak of. The company is the best I've worked for in the last 20 years.

To get exposed to multiple platforms such as VMWare, Core Networking, Cloud Computing, Web Hosting using different Platforms (Cpanel and Parallel Plesk), Monitoring Tools such as Nagios. and Freedom to work on such systems.
Cons
Salaries should be given on time.
