      Pros

      Working at Databox has been a rewarding experience. I get to collaborate with a global, driven team in an async-first setup that respects flexibility and trust. There’s a strong sense of ownership and autonomy here, which keeps me motivated and invested. I’ve had the chance to grow technically and professionally by taking on diverse challenges and seeing the direct impact of my work. The people here are supportive, approachable, and genuinely great to work with. It’s been a refreshing and empowering journey so far.

      Salary can be more compititive, it's considerably less based on where you are located.
