- Great team spirit - Flat hierarchies - Interesting projects and responsibilties right from the beginning. Never gets boring and great career options if you're very determined and not shy to take initiative. - Home Office and flexible working hours. They are also not very strict with vacation days - if you need more days off and your performance is good its not a problem at all. - Salary is quite good - of course depends on your experience, position and performance
Cons
- As with any other employer there can be times when the workload is quite high. But the team is very supportive to help out and distribute work. - Kind of high standards and it definetly requires self-initiative to promote your career - Communication is sometimes not very efficient, but has improved a lot
