Pros
In recent times ( from last two years probably) I have observed a very good increment pattern when it comes to appraisal. Een though it is a WFO model, but still we have the flexibility to take the option of WFH on demand. Myself belonging to a distant Indian state, and I have availed this flexibility. In Davisware we are provided with benefits such as health insurance which is very helpful at some troubled time. Here at Davisware they are practicing the recent technologies in both mobile and web platforms. .
Cons
I had few cons in my mind before but those things are changed now. So nothing to mention from my side in this section.
