Down to earth people. More like working with a tight-knit family. Hardly any corporate politics. Good pay and benefits. Office culture was unlike most others in that if you're done your work, you can actually go home without people looking at you askance.
Cons
I actually have a tough time thinking of any cons. My experience was unlike working at most other places. I'm specifically referring to the East Texas, PA location which ultimate closed.
It was a fabulous job with great people and a family atmosphere. Since the parent company has acquired competitors, this large facility in PA was sadly closed.
Cons
I honestly don't recall much in the way of "cons"... but this applies only to the East Texas, PA facility.
