Pros

Coming to Decisive Data as my first job out of college was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The company has offered me: - A competitive base salary - Flexibility in my schedule (Unlimited PTO!!!!) - Opportunities to work with a mix of clients from fortune 500's to small <100 employees - Training and encouragement to learn and explore my field. - Excellent leadership with the freedom to forge my path in the company. - The brand of high-quality deliverables, that has helped me create a stunning portfolio. From the perspective of someone who was looking for an excellent career out of college, this was a great decision that has and will continue to open numerous doors.

Cons

DD is on the path of growth. With this comes new opportunities, leadership, and changes. The leadership has done an excellent job of informing employees and paving an action plan, but be ready to adapt to changes as this company blossoms.

Pros

Diverse and caring environment; lots of opportunities to improve your skills; varied clientele and opportunities to work with big tech, retail and services companies; good benefits for such a small company. They hire extremely talented people and it's a great place to meet people and build skills.

Cons

The company needs to grow more to give individual consultants room to grow "up". In order to grow, there are a lot of change management processes going on, which can be a bit frustrating. Currently undergoing big changes to work better with huge clients. Worth it for early-career professionals, mid-career should be the type that value independence over structure.
