Pros
If you are a beginner, it's a good place for learning. From metallurgy to mechanical. Good choice for lab chemist,spectroscopy etc. In mechanical department you can learn machining process and have scope for improvement.
Cons
Management procedure is not at its standard. One manship stopped opportunity for growth new ideas.after a certain stage growth is stopped. Not so much scope for innovative ideas.

its ok for new comer.not for experienced personal who wants to grow up. Some typical mentality of over confident management people the grow can be slow down.
Cons
Time travell..you don't know when an urgency will arise by upper management to stay overtime at work. Offcourse that will count as your responsibility, if you deny..you will noticed as an irresponsible person.
