      1. The company's founders are very dedicated and grounded. They are available for all sorts of interactions and help. 2. The people at management level are focussed at creating a positive and driven environment for all the employees. 3. The learning curve is very steep. You have to be willing and driven to make the best of what DeepR has to offer. 4. Colleagues are very supportive and motivated. 5. Company has a very simple and effective motto - do and provide anything or everything that make employees efficient and focussed.

      Pros

      • Complete focus towards work • Things are being kept quite realistic rather than making them mystique to blur employee’s vision • Complete equality among all the employees and utter sense of respect for them • Focus towards an employees’ personal growth be it intellectual or from a fitness point of view • All the employees are being cared even if he is a guard or housekeeper of the company • Giving complete personal space to an employee • Quite organized using technology in all domains

      Cons

      Timing is the only issue I see here especially for female employees but the company is doing best it can to ensure the safety through offering cabs both ways and changing the time of the organization by an hour to start with.
