Pros

- High growth, dynamic environment, full of like-minded people - Excellent level of responsibilities given to staff across the business - People are well looked after, including wellness days, yoga sessions, hampers during lockdown, etc. - Global VC-backed company with staff across the world

Pros

It was a very good env before the CTO left. The salary is good (good market value), and seniors can get up to 180k, but only for new join. The product seems like have the potential, and the target market is the USA, UK and AU.

Cons

No salary raise for old employees. The engineer team structure is not good at the moment, missing a CTO for long time, and many engineers left. Tasks are unorganized now (also due to some people leaving).
