- good hours, easy to park, nice people - special things for staff like training, food, special celebrations - marketing is innovative and doing really top end stuff - customer service team is ready to help out

Cons

- new ownership means company is trying to find it's footing but it seems it will go well will investors keeping derma e staff in california and investing in the company.
