High Level of Project Ownership, A Great Amount of Education in Architecture + Construction, Fun Work Culture, High Visibility in the Design Community If you enjoy finding new creative solutions, have a strong work ethic, and revel in successfully achieving something new every week, this is a terrific fit.

Cons

You will work very hard, so you must really enjoy architecture + design and honestly enjoy working. There are regular deliverables, and daily challenges. For me, it was fun, I thrived in that type of environment. This is not a good fit for everyone. but for the right people, it is perfect.

Great place to work! If you are up for the task, there are tons of opportunities to take ownership over your projects and grow quickly. It's awesome to be apart of a small, progressive growing company. The deadlines and deliverables are very clearly spelled out. They have great Revit and InDesign templates for each phase deliverable. Everyone that works there is passionate about design. It's a great group of people.

Cons

Projects can be very fast paced.
