Pros

The pagination department is hands down the best department to work for at designiQ. The managers are super nice and helpful, and everyone on the team is also very friendly and helpful. It's 100% remote with mostly flexible hours, and the work you do is fun and creative. Being on this team is a lot of fun, and as long as you're meeting all your deadlines, the managers are pretty relaxed. You also get a ton of PTO with this company.

Cons

The pay is pretty low, and raises aren't always a guarantee. If you do get a raise, it's usually not much either. It's also difficult to grow in this company as well, so you'll more than likely stay in the same position until you decide to go work for another company. Along with this, the merger the company has faced the past couple years has lead to some layoffs and other pay deductions, so job security isn't always great.

Pros

Solid paying job if you just finished a graphic design related degree and can’t find something else.

Cons

The SOP changes constantly. All they care about is you finish ads as quickly as possible and you make zero mistakes. You will never move up because there are ~200 other people like you working there and 7 positions above you. I didn’t get a raise in the 3 years I worked there.

Pros

There are decent benefits like WFH and MTO.

Cons

Constant layoffs leave you on edge and much of the work is being moved overseas.
