Pros
This is one of the few companies out there that actually care about their employees' welfare and education. You work hard and show your worth and you'll be rewarded. There is no scamming or overcharging; unlike many tax resolution companies out there with thousands of cases that go untouched for months.
Cons
Training is a bit lacking but with the right people, it can get up there. The owner is more than willing to accommodate those that show their value.
