1. There are a lot of high technology things to learn. (It is best place to work for starters) 2. Most co-workers are very friendly and fun. 3. The company gives special treat for those who work hard and great. (That's me!!) 4. This company is very organized despite of not big company.

Cons

1. Sometimes it is required to do overtime so much. (tired body, but high balance of my account) 2. Little bit uncomfortable working environment.
