      Pros

      You get to work with lots of new technology and collaborate with other like-minded developers on client projects. The company is remote, so you don't need to work in an office.

      Cons

      You do not get to choose the clients to work with, but for the most part, they are great individuals.

      Pros

      The team at Devradius is very talented and helpful. Colleagues take great strides to come up with innovative solutions and ideas on projects. To provide the best customer service. The environment is stress free and there is lots of flexibility within the work schedule. There is lots of room for growth and ability to learn at a quick pace. Good quality work is compensated for accordingly.

      Cons

      There are cases where sometimes we encounter difficult clients and companies to work with. If they set unrealistic goals and expectations it is almost impossible to deliver. We try our best on every single project to meet the requirements and explain things to the client. However it can sometimes be a more difficult and long process.

      Company is welcoming feedback and ideas from staff on how to improve and make things better. Development workflow is well organized. Staff is very communicative.

      Sometimes there is too many client meetings which can distract from development work.
