Digitek has good product offering in Insurance, ERP, eCommerce It gives full freedom to explore new technology ie. web, mobile, web api, data etc Follows very limited documentation, I would say min only at required level Mgmt team has good knowledge of domain and technology Salary as per industry standards Developer can learn complete life cycle of project development Key members are working for more than 5 years
Cons
Team size is medium, so freshers get panic Need to increase team rapidly
