      Pros

      Clients are amazing, so are the people who you get to meet and work with. I liked the newer office a lot more, and thought the formation of the work program was neat.

      Cons

      The Executive Director was promoted because no one else was left to take the job and seems more concerned with planning events and micro managing than helping the company at all. There's always talk of improvement but not much. The work-life balance is a joke, and employees are sorely underpaid. Too many clients for too few employees and they kept just getting more and more.
