      Pros

      Jesse was an amazing boss. He made sure that we all understood the systems and products that we were selling. He thoroughly answered questions and challenged his staff to work smarter. I learned a great amount from him and think back fondly on the time I had at Disc Tech.

      Cons

      Not really a con but you do need to be confident in your skills and manage yourself. The company really allows you to produce results on your own time but also expects that you get things done in a timely manner.

      Pros

      I got to learn a lot about online marketing and online sales. In addition, I was trained on the various storage solutions and the pros and cons of each. The hours were great and the team is like a family. We took a vote on if we wanted to close from Christmas to New Years and was provided PTO even though I had just started. Jesse (the CEO) is very straightforward and charming. Overall, I miss and enjoyed working with everyone.

      Cons

      The CEO is very straightforward. This can be very off-putting to some but I found it to be refreshing. He dispensed criticism just as much as he would praise you. Training was thorough and then you are left to your own devices. Everyone is busy so it can be difficult to get assistance when needed. I would recommend getting up from the desk and finding someone to help.

      Fun & friendly co-workers. Customers are generally very satisfied. The company has made 0 lay-offs in its entire history. Medical & Dental benefits 401k Plan Paid Holidays & Vacation Maternity & Paternity leave Modern office & daylight lit office space Easy to access management structure

      Small company so you can't transfer to other locations/divisions/regions Limited sick time policy Could offer more ongoing training
