Pros
I worked for Distributed in a customer facing role and throughout that time the support, guidance and direction from the CEO and leadership team was excellent. What impressed me a great deal was their accessibility and willingness to listen to feedback and ideas and then set clear aspirations, strategy and direction for the company. I met with each of the leadership team including the CEO personally and I always felt that they had a clear strategy and plan for growth and stability of the company.
Cons
It's a tough market to operate in especially in respect of maintaining the relationships with large existing clients and getting new business secured (addressing the "why change" question). Sometimes I felt that while we were a small organisation compared to other large providers, we were not as agile as we could be, however I am aware that recent changes have now been made to address that.
