      I am associated with Docgiant Services India Pvt Ltd for more than 2 years and from my experience I believe the company provides you enough opportunities/room for career growth along with company's growth. Just stay focused at work, things will fall in place rightly. Purely performance based

      Shift time used to extend a little bit during a period of high volume of work, but management is solving it by recruiting more employees.

      The working atmosphere is wonderful. We have a great team which always strives to out do the previous days efforts. The support from leadership team is among the highlights of working at Docgiant.

      Pros

      I truly enjoy working for DOCGIANT. Leadership is Investing on new technologies and trying to focus more on development and improving the existing process to serve better in the industry. The job itself can be very challenging to utilize all your skills and upgrade them constantly. Therefore it helps when you have a good team to back you up and I have one. Overall a nice place to work with lot of learning and self improvement opportunities everyday. It is a fast paced environment which is a right place for smart people who are highly skilled
