Pros
Everyone genuinely cares about each other and works together to continue moving the company forward. Employees are people-focused, both internal and external, and work diligently to ensure support.
Cons
Fast pace can be overwhelming for some, and procedures are dynamic and constantly evolving to find what works best. Using the most current workflow can change as quickly as a week or over a year.

Pros
Trying to find a company that cares is extremely difficult these days. Even though ultimately it comes down to operating a business, the owners of Doceo care about the employees.
Cons
It’s a tough industry and longer sales cycles. Once you get good pipeline though you can make a great career.
