Ambitious & smart people. Have a great mission & live true to their values. Run by founders who genuinely care about their staff, everyone from support staff, engineers to street patrolers.

Cons

Made a few mistakes with senior hires that had a toxic influence, but they are no longer with the company from what I can see.
