There aren’t many downsides, but if I had to point out a couple of areas for improvement, the biggest would be the lack of comprehensive product training. With such a vast range of products, it’s understandable that this would be a huge undertaking, but more structured training would really help employees, especially newcomers, feel more confident in their roles.
The other issue is that some of the internal systems feel a bit outdated, which can slow things down at times. That said, I know this is something the company is actively looking to improve, and I appreciate the steps being taken in that direction.
