      The job enforces and maintains good communication between your co-workers, students, and HR which was very useful to rely on during very hectic days. Very relaxed and reliable co-workers. Overall this is a good job to get either get your foot in the door or to continue your passion for teaching.

      Cons

      If you don't like working with children I wouldn't recommend this job.
