The company lifestyle is very laid back. There is a cookout every friday, dogs can come to work, you can take time off when needed, casual dress all the time. It's a very open environment and everyone is friends.
Cons
There is an immense amount of micromanagement. It's extremely difficult to make changes you feel are for the better when the only "right" decisions are made by the top. Hardly a budget for anything outside trade shows.
It's a super chill environment. You can wear what you want, cookouts are every Friday including beer, and most of the employees are laid back.
Cons
It's a very stepping stone job, the retention rate is not high at all. Management has a hard time making decisions and micromanaging never ends. Not a high salary or any benefits.
