Pros

Sunny weather, not too far from the sea. Very small company so your work has more of an effect than at some of the larger more established animation studios in Europe. Flexible. There's opportunity to grow and develop your skills, and time to do it. There's a keenness to improve the studio and a lot of young and very talented staff, open developing their skills. The company director is always around and easy to talk to directly.

Cons

A very new company with a lot of new staff and so everyone from management to HR to R&D are still learning how to work together efficiently.
